It’s 11:07 P.M.

I’m very bored, tired, and contemplative. There are many things I wish I could share with you, Internet. But every time I go off in my little rambling rampages my thoughts get all scrambled up and in the end I have no idea what I’m talking about or what my point is!

It’s Thanksgiving tomorrow! I can’t believe a year has come and gone since my last Thanksgiving. To be quite honest, I’m not very excited for Holiday’s anymore. There magic has disappeared for me, or maybe it’s there but disguised as something I can’t distinguish it by. Whatever the reason may be, all I know now is that I don’t care for them. I see Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Year as just another Halloween. A day where people dress up and disguise themselves as something they are not. The one day where the bad guys are seen as the good guys. I’m not going to go all over the place with this one, even though I want to. Take tomorrow for example. What is tomorrow about?

The answer lies in the Holiday itself. A day where we are thankful, but why should it just be that one day? Shouldn’t we be thankful each and every day we are granted another breath of life? Tomorrow will come and tomorrow will go. People will think about what they are grateful in their lives and then the next day after that is back to being the materialistic ungrateful selfish human being.

Don’t get the wrong idea, I’m not trying to be a Grinch. If tomorrow is what it takes for people to be grateful and thankful, well then so be it! Enjoy the time with your family, think about the things you have in life, cherish the moment. Thank You world for making up a Holiday to get people together and united.

But to Me, tomorrow will be just like any other day in the year. A day where I am thankful for being alive. Thankful for having the chance to have met the people I have met. Thankful for everything I have and don’t have.  Thankful for the past, present, and future.

So to all you reading this, have a Happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy the time with your loved ones.
